To effectively troubleshoot the problem, the total harmonic distortion and harmonic content should be analyzed. Knowing the amount and characteristics of the harmonic distortion will aid in identifying a solution as per IEEE 519 -1992 Standards.

    We provide passive harmonics filter 7 % copper reactors & 525 V HD capacitors mounted in 14 kwg sheat metal 7 tank process powder coated box with bus bar assembly , 6 " fans , over heat protection with color sleeves.

    Active filter principles

    → The parallel installed Active filter is measuring the distortion and actively injecting signals in counter phase to the unwanted currents

    The Active Filter can:
  • Reduce unwanted harmonics
  • Reduce reactive power
  • Balance currents between the phases
  • Reduce flicker (light flashing)
